We start with the physical. Our body is the vessel for your change. When we sweat, we aren't just burning calories - we are burning off the versions of ourselves that no longer serve us.
MIND
Next, we address the noise. We give you the tools to detach from negative loops and adopt a stronger relationship with your mind. When we audit our relationship with ourselves, we learn to love even those 'icky' parts of us.
SOUL
Finally, we find the spark! Finding your 'WHY' is more than just a goal - it’s about finding the confidence to dream again.

Hey, I’m Anna. A forty-something yogi from London, now living in Hove, Brighton.
Finding your ‘WHY’ - your purpose - is something I champion.
- It gets you out of bed on the mornings that you find tough when, quite frankly, you 'can't be ar*ed'.
- It puts your feet on the ground and anchors you.
- It guides you.
- It's your North Star.
When I learned this, I never looked back. It gave me so much more strength in my mind, in myself.

Hey, I’m Anna. A forty-something yogi from London. Finding your ‘WHY’ - your purpose - is something I champion.

Some odd years ago I was working a demanding fashion job, travelling to the Far East every month and struggling with scoliosis....
In my mid-thirties I discovered yoga to help with my scoliosis. And soon into my journey, I fell in love with the practice - but not for the reasons that originally bought me into a yoga studio.
Sure I loved the physical workout - the flexibility and strength I was gaining. But what I loved was the strength it gave me mentally and emotionally. My decision-making, goal-mapping, career-changing moves and lifestyle choices were made with ease and grace.
I will always be thankful to yoga for this.
"Realising how powerful yoga can be outside the studio, off your mat, changed my life...and it is this which I enjoy teaching and sharing with others.
I split my time between designing shoes and teaching yoga, so my schedule is pretty hectic! Once I started practicing - what I like to call 'quick win' yoga classes - it gave me the space in my mind & body that I craved.
I'm an aunty to the most amazing little people in the world and have seen first-hand how much my twin sister has struggled balancing the demands of motherhood, work, and finding quality time for herself.
A true believer in life’s balance, I designed FLAMINGO YOGA MAYA to truly reflect that, and help you find your 'WHY' for emotional & mental strength with daily life."
