SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY:


FREE Delivery on Orders within the UK:

Flamingo Yoga Maya is pleased to confirm that there is free delivery with no minimum spend, for all orders placed with a UK shipping address.

Goods are shipped via Royal Mail - UK (Special Delivery / Tracked).


Delivery on Orders outside of UK (Europe):

For orders placed with a European shipping address, the cost of shipping is £6.50, with no minimum spend.

Goods are shipped via Royal Mail - International (International Tracked & Signed).


Delivery time on all orders is 3-5 business working days. All orders placed via the website are being delivered as normal, although you may experience a slight delay due to Covid-19. Currently, Flamingo Yoga Maya only ships to UK and Europe. If you live outside of the UK & Europe and would like to place an order, then please get in touch to arrange accordingly. RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Flamingo Yoga Maya is happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. Flamingo Yoga Maya can not accept returns after 30 days of receipt of order, and goods can only be exchanged for other goods or credit note.

All returns from the UK or Europe are at the cost of the customer, and the customer’s responsibility, until it arrives at the return address below. Please return your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery / Tracked / International, and keep proof of shipping receipt.

Faulty goods / wrong order received may be returned at any time for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase and will be processed as soon as possible.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Please complete the returns section within your parcel, using the returns codes listed.
Enclose this form with the unwanted goods in the original packaging the goods came in.
Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office and send the goods via Royal Mail (Special Delivery / Tracked / International) and keep proof of tracking until it arrives at the below returns address.
