1. SCOPE OF SERVICES:

The services provided by Flamingo Yoga Maya, including but not limited to yoga instruction, life coaching, and wellness consulting, are for educational and informational purposes only. These services are designed to help you develop personal resilience, find clarity on your goals, and improve physical wellbeing through yogic practices.



2. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE:

I am a trained Yoga Teacher. I am not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or financial advisor. The coaching and consulting provided during my micro-retreats and sessions do not constitute:

  • Medical or Mental Health Advice: I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any psychological or medical conditions. If you are experiencing clinical depression, anxiety disorders, or other mental health crises, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Financial Advice: Any discussions regarding "money mindset" or life stressors are for personal growth purposes and do not constitute professional financial or legal advice.



3. PERSONAL RESPONSABILITY:

By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and are voluntarily participating in the physical and mental exercises. You assume full responsibility for your physical and mental wellbeing. You agree to listen to your body and mind, and to stop any practice that causes pain or significant distress.



4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER:

While I am dedicated to helping you find your "why" and build resilience, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, personal circumstances, and engagement with the tools provided.



5. CONFIDENTIALITY & SAFETY:

While coaching conversations are kept private, I have a professional duty of care. If I have reason to believe there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, I may be required to contact the relevant professional services.



PAYMENTS:


Tickets are purchased in advance of the Retreat and are non-fundable, non-exchangeable, unless otherwise agreed upon with Flamingo Yoga Maya in advance. In cooperation with PayPal and Stripe. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of service or goods.
